The rug is as pictured as well as the colors! However there was a lack of communication-no confirmation email with the order number, none about being shipped or arrival date. Luckily I wrote the order number down and had to go back to find out shipping, etc.

This rug is absolutely GORGEOUS and the colors are exactly what I saw online, and perfectly complement our furniture and style. I love this rug with one exception: when walking on it, one hears a rustling sound as if walking through paper. One star deducted for this because it makes the rug sound cheap, even though it looks beautiful.
