I especially love wearing it at night while I sleep, as well as during the day—it’s comfortable, sleek, and fits seamlessly into my lifestyle. The style and aesthetics are wonderful, and I appreciate that I can wear it on its own without needing my watch. That said, when I do pair it with my Galaxy Watch, I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the battery life. One of my initial concerns was whether the battery would hold up, but it easily lasts me almost a full week, which is impressive. Overall, I highly recommend the Galaxy Ring. It’s stylish, practical, and reliable—and honestly, I wish I had it in all three colors it comes in!

You're not getting as much and as detailed of information as the other options on the market, but for not paying for a subscription it's worth it to me. If they choose to make it better without adding a subscription teir (unlikely) they would hold the crown for sure, but for now this is ok.

I tried wearing it every which way and still got low sleep scores due to large gaps in recording my vitals. I bought the Samsung Ring in the hope it would do a better job. Lo and behold, it accurately tracks my various sleep stages, skin temperature, blood oxygen level, heart rate and breaths per minute for the entire time I'm asleep. Perhaps the peace of mind I have from knowing I've solved my sleep-tracking problem accounts for the uniformly "Excellent" sleep scores I've been getting lately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Last year, I went from an oura 3 to the galaxy ring, and never looked back. The galaxy ring fit seamlessly into my samsung ecosystem, and allowed me to continue tracking my health metrics when not wearing the watch. Everything was sunshine and rainbows until a couple of months ago. Battery life started to dwindling on mine and the wife's rings. We noticed that we were having to charge them every couple of days, then every day, and then every 8-10 hours. Several resets and disables later I contacted samsung, who were extremely helpful. They are replacing the ring at no charge through care +. Regardless, the battery life should not diminish that much, that quickly. 5 stars when it works, 0 when it doesn't.

The only drawback is that I have lost 70 pounds since getting the ring and there are no exchanges. There are options for rebates for turning in other brands, but not for the Samsung ring itself...it is so loose now and it is falling off at night....I would really like it if there was a way to trade for a smaller size without having to pay full price for another ring...

Its a great ring. Its comfortable and with the test pack I was able to find the perfect size for me. It seems to record all my health accurately and charges pretty quickly when i need to charge it. The only thing that doesn't work is the two finger tap feature to make announcements stop on your phone or setting it to take pictures. I do wish it had a little feedback either vibrating or sound when you got too far away from your phone or had a notification, besides that its definitely great. If I had to decide between the ring and a watch. I would pick the watch (if i could have both i would do that lol)
