What I like about it is your actually getting the supplement. Some supplements will say it has a supplement but doesn't have enough of the supplement your looking for. The thing that i struggles with was swallowing them. When i first started taking them i thought I had drank enough water until the powder came out of my nose. So makes use you drink enough water

But they go down pretty easy and didn’t have any bad taste or anything. Helped with any trouble falling asleep.

These are easy-to-take quick-release capsules. They're Non-GMO, and I absolutely love the value size. It's 120 capsules, and 2 capsules is a serving. This will last one person two months or two people a 1-month supply. These are essential to the daily vitamins we take. Nature's Truth always makes great supplements, and I'll be buying more!

It's your normal plastic bottle it comes in. There's no taste. I love the ingredients with these. It is so hard to find vitamins without soy. This doesn't have any. I definitely recommend these and will be replacing my regular brand with this one.

They are small enough to be easy to take and seem to work just as well as other forms of the mineral I have used in the past. The capsules don’t have a taste and don’t have a nasty texture that sticks in your mouth or throat.

I really like it better than the chews I had and the giant pill ones. No problem taking them and I love the container with the flip top. Saved time rather than unscrewing the lid. Just keep them up in medicine cabinet so kids don’t get in them.
