Perfect powdered milk for tea
I didn't think different powdered milks could taste significantly different from each other until I tried this. I use this in my tea in the morning and it tastes so much better than other powdered milks I have had. I can't put my finger on it but it tastes fresher and of higher quality. I would definitely recommend.

I can’t believe it’s nonfat!
This milk powder is a very fine consistency. It has a pleasantly sweet and rich taste and I can’t believe it’s nonfat. I used this to make milk candy and it came out beautifully. It incorporates quickly and smoothly into sweetened condensed milk without any clumping or graininess. The recipe called for whole milk powder but this nonfat milk powder was as delicious in my opinion. This is a versatile, high quality, and high value product. I am excited to use it for all sorts of recipes, from cocoa mixes to challah.

Great tasting powdered milk
I got this to have an affordable milk solution on hand for baking. It is super easy to mix together. A little goes a long way. I like to keep the mixture in the fridge for a couple hours before using just to give it time to fully set. In baking I don’t need to wait really I just mix together the amount of water with the dry powder. I love it.

Nice to have in hand for recipes.
I first used this for a cup of hot cocoa since my littlest is lactose intolerant. It was easy to mix. I used warm water. It smelled terrible, so I was really nervous for the taste; however, it tasted fine. It wasn't exactly like cow's milk but wasn't bad. I also found recipes for chocolate chip cookies that use powdered milk, so I used this as a substitute.

Good product but room a while to mix fully
I use powder milk for cooking and baking when we run out or are running low. This is the first time I am using this product. It is very expensive. I would have preferred the amount of powder be in a measuring amount,I had to look that up. I also had to shake the container for a while to get it to mix. It did work well in the recipe though.

Excellent dry milk product- especially for baking!
I tried this dried milk out as I’m always looking for good ingredients for baking and this is one of those. I added this as an ingredient to my banana bread- my first time using dry milk- and the recipe turned out spectacular. I always triple or quadruple my banana bread to freeze so using dry milk is perfect as it’s easy to utilize cups instead of tablespoons as the recipe calls for. You’d never know the milk was powdered instead of fresh and it’s a great value for the size of the bag. I can’t wait to try this out in coffee as well. There’s no weird smell or powdery/grainy taste either as I’ve had with other powdered milks (I was a little nervous on that aspect). Definitely give this a try for baking!

Good flavor and dissolves thoroughly
This shelf stable dehydrated milk can be reconstituted and consumed in place of fresh. The package recommends overnight refrigeration before use and using a glass container. Following these directions resulted in milk that tasted and smelled fresh. This will not be my typical use, I use dried milk as an ingredient in bread making. But, I am confident that it will perform well for all possible uses. I was surprised that the label gives instructions that will require a kitchen scale. I took a star off for that, it seems like they should also show instructions in cups and tablespoons. Even though that is less precise, it's much more accessible. I was also surprised by the price, it is relatively expensive for powdered milk.

Tastes like powdered milk.
This milk tastes like a powdered milk. It is not quite a normal milk flavor, but it does help when in a pinch. Great for camping or when needed to make something else. Such as condense milk or when baking. I like that the bag is resealable. It doesn’t take a lot to go a long way. The shelf life is really good as well.

Wonderful taste nonfat dry milk
This is the first time I have purchased a non-fat dry milk powder. I’m not a huge milk drinker, but I do enjoy it in my coffee. So it’s much more economical for me to purchase this powdered milk like this to use for my coffee. Mixing it with water I absolutely cannot tell the difference from this product versus buying a cold half gallon in the store. I highly suggest this for everyone.
