This is perfect for someone on the go…..not to mention very delicious. It fluffed up really nicely and was a pleasant texture. We were familiar with the larger pearl couscous from RiceSelect before trying this (and we love that one too!) it is easy to cook and doesn’t take a crazy amount of time. The texture and consistency were what you should expect, and the taste is great.

I’ve had other cous cous from different brands and they were bland. Definitely go for the RiceSelect one on your next grocery trip.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You get a lot of value from the size of the packaging. There is no scent from the couscous. It takes literally a few minutes to make and you can make it your very own with spices and oil. It has a soft consistency and no aftertaste! It has 4 grams of fiber and 7 grams of protein per serving. It is a bit high in calories (200 per serving) but it’s on par with the calories from rice. I don’t necessarily like couscous but this made me stop in my tracks and go hmmm!! Maybe I may get use to this. I still can’t get over how soft it is!

It has solid 7g of protein which is half the protein amount I need in a day so love that! It also have 4g of fiber which is so much better then traditional white rice or even brown rice. Also it just have one ingredient so it’s clean and doesn’t have tons of additives or chemicals. It’s such a good alternative to rice, I have stopped making rice since I have gotten this and it keeps you full longer as well! Love this !!!

I added in butter and Parmesan cheese and a little bit of chicken broth. The package comes sealed so you know that it stays fresh. My husband and I really liked this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product free from Influenster and RiceSelect in exchange for my honest review , Finally received my original couscous for me to try , and oh boy I’m in love with this product , the texture is soft , not to dry , moist if anything , the grains are so small yet when cool properly they’d fluff up , the amount you get from just a small amount after cooking goes a long way , I used some butter as instructed and it came out tasting amazing !! Definitely worth keeping as one of your daily kitchen staples ..

The texture came out perfectly light and fluffy and it was so quick and easy to prepare. I made it Mediterranean- style with fresh cilantro, fresh onion and a squeeze of lemon (after prepared the couscous I added fresh onion, cilantro and squeezed lemon) and it came out absolutely delicious!! The couscous absorbed all the flavors beautifully and the lemon added such a fresh ,bright taste that made the whole dish feel light and flavorful. It’s great versatile product that works perfectly as a side or even on its own . I’ll definitely be making this again.

I either make it with chopped veggies, parsley and some lemon juice, or prepare it with some toasted pine nuts as an accompaniment to a tagine or meat stew. It's fluffy, soft, and the quality is great. The large bin is also great because I find other packages and small boxes at the grocery store make storage difficult and are small in quantity.
