The two drawers are also a nice add for more storage that you may need hidden. This is an item I would pay for a new livinf space but if it cost less i would gravitate towards it more. The two drawers at the bottom make for a great spot for storing more things. I wish the wood was a different finish, it feels kinda sturdy but could use different material.
