Not a coffee table, more like a console table

Spouse spent multiple hours putting this together. The front of this looks great and as described. However, I had assumed that the sliding material in the front would continue the whole way around (because the description and pictures and measurements provided don't specify otherwise), they don't. The brackets in the back show. It looks incomplete. Given that it's a coffee table, you can't really hide one side so it just looks awkward. Do not recommend!
