Drawers don’t come out all the way

I didn’t read the reviews before purchasing. None of the drawers come out all the way- and no this is not user error. Don’t waste your money on this dresser. We’re less than 2 years in and need a new one because it’s so hard to actually store clothes in the dresser.

Buyer Beware

I’m writing this review so no other pregnany woman has to go through the same experience. I deeply regret purchasing this item through this platform and from this vendor. I'm extremely disappointed with this purchase and the overall experience. The dresser arrived 9 days after the promised delivery window, and it didn’t even enter a shipping status until after that window had already passed. Because this item is fulfilled by Million Dollar Baby Co. as a Target Plus partner, getting updates was incredibly difficult. Target customer service did reach out on my behalf, but the vendor took over 48 hours to respond and only provided vague, unhelpful timelines. From order to delivery, it took 17 days to arrive—which is a very long time, especially for anyone preparing for a baby. When the dresser finally arrived, the box was badly damaged on one corner. Inside, the dresser had chipped wood, scratches, and multiple manufacturer defects. Several pieces were missing required drill holes, including no drill holes on one of the drawers and no drill holes on the back of the dresser where the changing top is supposed to attach, which is a serious safety concern. Photos are attached. At this stage in my pregnancy, waiting another 17 days for a replacement was not realistic. I went back and forth with a Target representative who was genuinely helpful and did their best, but because this is a Target Plus order, Target’s ability to resolve issues is very limited. Any compensation offered was minimal, which feels inadequate for an expensive nursery item with quality and safety issues. For the price, I expected far better quality control, packaging, and transparency around delivery. While Target customer service tried to make things right, Million Dollar Baby handled this poorly, and buyers should be aware that you have far fewer support options when ordering through a Target Plus partner. It was an incredibly frustrating experience from order to delivery, with minimal options on the part of the customer. My recommendation: order this item through another retailer or avoid it altogether due to manufacturing defects. Unfortunately, we don’t have the luxury of waiting another 17 days to receive a replacement or get a refund and deal with ordering something comparable elsewhere, so we are making do. Buyer beware.

Cheap Quality - Fell Apart

This expensive dresser completely fell apart after only two years. It’s been in my nursery holding baby clothes, and all 3 drawer slides detached from the dresser walls, leaving big holes where they used to be screwed in and the slides are completely bent, so they can’t be reused. Extremely disappointed how cheaply made this is and that customer service is not helpful to rectify the problem, only for a price.

Drawer mechanisms broke

Bought this for our first child, and by the time we had our second the slider mechanisms were broken in the top drawer - ball bearing piece was falling out. Upon inspection you can see its pretty lightweight hardware - not very different from ikea. For $500 i would hope itd be a bit more durable or have a better warranty but they only warranty for a year and you can see why. Have assembled a lot of furniture and the rest of it has been fine, but the drawers are unfortunately low quality.

Great dresser - slight improvement on drawers

The dresser is fantastic, but one thing I am looking to do to improve. It is put some wood glue on the drawers. They wiggle left and right and have to push from the center to close the drawer effectively.

Cute, sturdy dresser for cheaper price!

This dresser is very cute & sturdy. One of the pieces on the back of the dresser had a large scratch, but it was easy to hide during assembly. I put this together alone and it was simple, just took a few hours. I definitely think this dresser will last for many years! Great dresser for the cheaper price. I’d recommend!

Chemical smell, cheap/difficult assembly

Don’t buy! If you care about the health of your family, look elsewhere. We purchased and didn’t assemble for a few months (until we were ready to start her nursery). We even gave it a week in the garage to off gas before bringing it in the house, but still, the dresser smells like chemicals due to fiberboard shelves. It is NOT all Wood. We had it in our home for two weeks, windows open, trying to get the smell to dissipate. During that time we experienced head aches, sinus issues and dizziness. Target then wouldn’t take it back due to being past the window. Babyletto customer service was attrocuous, and as of writing this has taken two weeks to respond to a basic message. Run from this product. It is NOT green guard gold, as the company would imply.

Great dresser

Nice sturdy dresser. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. My only disappointment was that the knobs looked more yellow in the picture but they are actually natural color. Not a dealbreaker for me though.
