Unusable after a year potentially
Started getting some creaking noise after about a year, and it only continued to get worse. Come to find out 3 of the 4 sections on the metal base have snapped (pics attached). I reached out to customer service to purchase a replacement for the metal ring base, but their reply indicates the item is not in stock and I would be notified at a later date. So it is unclear when or if this is even a part that can be replaced. So right now I'm stuck with an unusable chair with a second baby on the way. The chair is comfortable though, and the power recline is a nice feature. But the chair is not worth the price tag if I only get a little over a year out of it.

Hopefully, the second time I order this, it will be undamaged
Received item damaged. Box was damaged and already open upon being delivered and I can see pieces of the chair being exposed. When I went to try to move it from where it was dropped off, which was in front of my garage, I can hear pieces of the furniture rattling around. Really disappointed and now I have to wait for item to be picked up by courier due to its size and weight. I did reach out to customer service and they were able to schedule a pick up of the item which I’m very grateful for but I’m back to square one of trying to get a nursery chair.

I’m 5’10” and my legs go off of the foot rest when it is extended- this is very uncomfortable. The buttons to put the foot rest out/in are located on the inside of the arm rest and are often accidentally pushed by my infant.

After one use of the chair, the control until on the chair started getting hot and smoking. Had to unplug and stop using the recliner function to avoid it catching on fire. DO NOT BUY, THIS CHAIR IS A SAFETY HAZARD AND WILL ENDANGER YOUR FAMILY.

Undirtunate creaking
The chair itself is beautiful and pretty comfortable but literally days into using it it has developed a loud creaking noise. I just think that’s ridiculous for the amount of money paid. I’m very unhappy with this chair. It’s hard for my baby to fall asleep because of the noise it makes while rocking.

Started creaking after 2 months
This thing is comfortable, but it started creaking after just 2 months. Now it creaks all the time. Try putting a baby to sleep with a creaking rocking chair! I saw in previous reviews this was an issue but I rolled the dice anyway. Do no recommend. It will creak soon after you start using it.

Beautiful chair but too loud
I wanted to love this rocker because it’s greenguard. But it is SO loud now and I hardly used it. I bought it in November and my baby was born in April. It’s had minimal use… unfortunately because I bought so far in advance I can no longer return.

Awesome chair
This is awesome. It was very easy to assemble (it comes mostly assembled already), is very comfortable and works as expected. It's new so I can't speak to how well it will hold up but I am very happy with this purchase. Note that it is a heavy chair and comes in one package, so package needs two able bodied people to lift.

The chair is very comfy and we use it for mom to breast feed and dad to burp our baby. It is very quiet while rocking and reclining. Only 4 stars is because the usb charging socket is inside the chair which is very easy to sit on the charging cable if you have one on it as the picture shown. Overall, we love the chair and have had this one for couple weeks and no issue so far. Plus, it was very eady to put together. Take me within 15 minutes!

Life Saver
This is the best investment we made for our nursery. The recline feature was a lifesaver post delivery when sleeping in bed bed was impossible for me. The chair is firm but comfortable. It rocks gently and doesn’t lean forward when you sit on it like make gliders on the market do. Can’t recommend it enough. Wonderful product.

Worth the Investment
This chair is super comfortable, I’ve slept in it many nights. It was also very helpful after a c-section due to the electric reclining to get in and out of the chair. I was hesitant on spending the money, however it was completely worth the investment. For reference I’m 5’5 and approximately 145lbs post baby. And I’m comfortable in it. My feet do hang off the edge of the foot rest but it doesn’t impact my comfort.
