Did not receive all parts, friend's visit will be ruined

Did not receive all parts. Listing says the bed without mattress will come in two boxes. I do not have assembly materials, instruction manual, or some of the wood slats. My friend is visiting in three days and will now need to sleep on the floor unless this situation is remedied.
