Poor Ergonomics

Cons: -Although neckrest has a lock, the neckrest doesn't stay in locked position, gives way very easily. -Tilt locks only at 2 angles -Armrests are super hard and are far away when tilted. To change the width between the armrests, you have to work with screws at the bottom -- not convenient. -Lumbar support doesn't lock -Footrest is flimsy and bends. Feels like it will break. -Not all screws/screwholes fit/were aligned. Pro: -Seat and back meshes were good. -Tilts independently of the seat
