Not a rocker

Says three different times in details that it is a rocker recliner, but does not rock. Was really easy to put together and is comfortable. Not really oversized though, I'm 6'1 and 230 lbs and is roughly same size of the recliner I'm getting rid of. For the price point I would actually say 3.5. Would be 4.5 if rocked like described.
