Very disappointed in this unit, the supplier, and Target customer service
As mentioned in a previous review of this unit, it is misrepresented. Although it shows a fireplace when I ordered it, I never received the fireplace - the instructions even have a diagram to install the fireplace. I noticed that Target in the company have changed the description to a TV stand only. I put in three calls to customer service and they said they tried to reach the supplier but no answer. In the meantime, the return date was approaching, so I was told to return it to the store. Even though I had already had someone put it together for me, in order to get a refund, I had to disassemble the unit and take it back to the store. It weighs over 100 pounds. This is my last experience, ordering anything of this type from Target, and possibly my last experience with Target. Do not order anything of this type from any of their suppliers online. They clearly do not investigate their suppliers for their reliability very well.

Ridiculous experience from start to finish
Advertised as with fireplace but does not include it . They gave changed it to say stand only now but description still talks about btu and fireplace features Vtec Trading cannot be found with an internet search and the do not answer their phone listed on Target. Email also comes back as invalid.

Target needs to do better
I bought this 3 weeks ago when it had the center heating element included. I received the stand only and called was told it’s coming separately. Well I called again it’s not coming at all. After I put it together I was told to return it. Really and buy again for more money. I reached out to the company who made this no answer. Target now changed on website to stand only. I will never deal with buy any furniture beware! Keep your gift cards I wanted what you sold me. I’m reporting this to BBB.
