I love the chair it is just as described, it did not come with written instructions, however it did come with pictures. It was a little difficult for me to understand them because they were not clear to view however, I love the tray package that came with the screws and the item to screw them in. That was really helpful as they were labeled like 6pc screws 4 pc for screws that actually told the story as to how to put the chair together it is extremely comfortable it reclines it helped my back. I did not hurt at all. When I sat in the chair today the arms were fantastic. They turned 360°. You could push them in or out or turn them. It was amazing. The headrest was beneficial. The cheer can actually recline. This was a fantastic purchase.
