Excellent, healthy and tasy spread!!

This is a great way to add super-fruits to your diet without taking another pill. Sugar (7 g per serving) is not to bad. In spite of strong sugar sensitivity, my body tolerated it well. I have reordered it and will keep it in the house for occasional use.

Perfect

In my quest to reduce my sugar intake I have been trying to avoid fruit spreads that have sugar added. This is one of the few I have found without sugar as an ingredient. Consequently it is slightly less sweet which is good because I eat less and it does not spoil me when I do.

I love the way this tastes

I have tried a couple other flavors but this one is my favorite so far. It is packed with antioxidants and thee blend of fruits is unique. I can't wait to try all the flavors.
