Great quality and feel

Mattress fabric cover is loose & need replacement

Need customer service to call me. Will not respond to emails or voicemails. Mattress is defective and need replacement. Fabric cover on mattress on half of it is loose and uncomfortable.

We have three of these mattresses and LOVE!

We first ordered this mattress for our guest bedroom and absolutely fell in love with the mattress. After my husband and I both taking turns sleeping in the guest bedroom (and realizing we sleep incredibly well) we ordered the same one for our master bedroom. Shortly after, we upgraded our daughter's bed and knew we had to get the same mattress. You'll sleep amazing!!

Pleasantly Surprised

Honestly, this mattress is very comfortable. It is thinner than any mattress I have ever owned, but does not affect the comfort of it. Fitted sheets fit on it better because it isn’t such a thick mattress.

can't get through the night

This mattress feels good at first, but it is too soft and squishy to get more than a few hours of sleep on. I can't make it very long and end up sleeping on the couch. Very light and soft, no side support or corner support, if you sit on the side of the mattress, you about slide off because it just collapses. Very disappointed.

Nice Mattress

Son Loves It, so far. A little firmer than I expected, but still very comfortable. Says he’s sleeping better on it. Took nearly four days to fully expand, but he was able to step on it the first night.
