Uses* temporarily relieves muscle pain and stiffness due to: minor injuries, overexertion, falls, reduces symptoms of bruising such as: pain swelling, discoloration

Directions ARNICARE GEL: Apply a thin layer of Arnicare Gel to affected area as soon as possible after minor injury. Repeat 3 times a day or as needed. If heat or ice is applied, wait 5 minutes before applying Arnicare Gel. ARNICA 30C PELLETS: At the onset of symptoms, dissolve 5 pellets under the tongue 3 times a day until symptoms are relieved or as directed by a doctor.

Other information do not use if glued carton end flaps are open, if the tube seal is broken, or if pellet dispenser seal is broken

Works like a charm.

The only pure arnica gel out there

I use this gel on my face to avoid breakouts. I have only found THIS product online to work; the reason being is the other arnica gel/salves have other oils in them that can break you out. You can literally use this on your face right after applying your toner and it will tame down breakouts.

Good Stuff

Relief At Last

We have tried many lotions, ointments, creams, etc. for sore muscle relief. This is the best we have found and we will not do without it. Have purchased some for relatives to try and they have all been very pleased with the results. Thank you for this wonderful, unscented, product.

Great Product

This product is the Greatest. I pulled a muscle in my left calf and it hurt so back, I started using the arnica gel on it and the pain went away to where I could walk all day at work, within a couple of days the pain was totally gone and I don't have anymore problems with my leg. I also have redness on my right leg and I apply the arnica gel everyday morning and night and it has helped to where the redness is fading. I have told all my friends and co-workers about arnica. Thanks Swanson. Great price too.

This pack helps with sore muscles. If you have soreness in a specific area, use the gel. if you are sore in multiple areas, use the pellets. I have recommended this to a couple of friends and they are "hooked" on the results.
