Good quality frozen green beans. Not the absolute best (we usually prefer the flavor and texture of haricot verts), but an excellent, affordable readily available option in the frozen veggie isle at most grocery stores that we will continue to purchase in a pinch! They thaw without wilting and don’t turn mushy like some frozen green beans can. They have a good flavor (ie not bitter or overly fibrous from being too mature when picked). Easy to cook and substitute into recipes as needed!

These are a fast, easy, convenient side to almost any meal. You can just pop them in the microwave for a few minutes right in the package and they are ready to go. They have a very vibrant green color which makes them appealing and they don't come out mushy. They can be eaten straight out of the bag or added to other ingredients to make a meal
