    Easy meal

Meatloaf is one of my favorite foods so i am normally very picky on which one i eat; the stouffers meal was really good. It came with a good amount of gray for each patty and i like the the meatloaf was already cut in to slices so it was easy to portion everything out. Only thing i will say is it is a little salty but most frozen meals have that problem.

I dont know if I'd consider this family size since I finished it in one sitting. I am family sized I guess. The sauce and flavors are there, nothing too outlandish or bland.     Hearty crowd pleasing comfort food

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Stouffer’s Meatloaf Family Size Frozen Meal complimentary from Influenster, to try the product and give my honest opinion of it. The meatloaf took a me in a six piece pack, which is great for feeding a family of four or if you want leftovers. It took 70 minutes to prepare using the oven method, which required some advanced planning, but I had plenty of time to make side dishes while the meet cooked. The beef was tender, since it braised in a large portion of sauce. The flavor of this sauce/gravy was a little bland, but a judicious sprinkle Of black pepper added needed seasoning. My family liked that there was a lot of gravy, which went nicely with the mashed potatoes I made to accompany the meatloaf. The meat was nicely flavored, as well, except for the green pepper pieces I found, which seemed an odd addition to meatloaf. I served Stouffer’s Meatloaf with homemade mashed potatoes and oil and vinegar slaw. Overall, my family enjoyed this meatloaf, and it’s nice to have in your freezer for a no-hassle weeknight dinner.

The meatloaf stayed juicy and didn’t get rubbery which can sometimes happen with a microwave. It made for a quick and easy weekday dinner. I made mashed potatoes on the side and there was more than enough gravy to go around. We had a few leftover portions and they reheated well the next day. Overall, for the price, this felt like a great value.

The gravy is rich and flavorful, and the meat itself is soft and not dry (which is honestly the biggest win). It’s not homemade level, obviously, but for a frozen meal, it hits the spot. Perfect for those lazy days when you just want something warm and filling without the effort. Would definitely buy again.
