I wore one for about 8 hours overnight, and it held up well with no leaks. That said, I did notice that it shifted around a little since it didn’t stick as securely as I’d like. That’s the main reason I gave it four stars instead of five. On the plus side, I really like the wrapping and packaging—they’re neat, convenient, and easy to use.

Absorbency is good, now if you tend to have a heavier flow I cannot speak to coverage for that but base on it’s design it seems that it would work fine for heavier flows.

It fits great on your underwear, is leak proof because I wore it to work and I walk around a lot at work so it did a great job with protecting my clothes. It’s comfortable and soft, completely absorbant, and you feel great after using it. I definitely will purchase this brand from now on because of how great it’s been working and I’m writing this as I’m still using it 5 days into my cycle. It’s such a great product plus I love the packaging they’re individually wrapped in, honestly makes it easy to carry a spare in my bag.

The absorbency is average — good enough for the night, but sometimes there’s still a bit of dampness and not complete confidence in protection. The shape is convenient, but they feel a bit too bulky, especially during warmer nights. Breathability could be better since there’s occasional discomfort. For very heavy flow, the protection might not be enough, though for medium days they’re okay.
