These pads are exceptionally heavy-duty and handle my flow perfectly. What I appreciate most is how comfortable they are. It doesn’t feel like I’m wearing a diaper, despite their impressive absorbency. Furthermore, they have excellent odor-neutralizing abilities. This is a major benefit, as dealing with smell is an unavoidable part of the cycle, no matter how well you clean yourself. I never bought any other brand again after I tried these pads.

Good except for the adhesive

Very thin, very absorbent, and the wings on the back are very helpful for overnights. However - the adhesive is SO sticky that they are hard to remove! As a result, the bottom layer of the pad sometimes tears during removal, exposing the inside and creating a mess. There are also bits of pad left on my underwear, which I have found next to impossible to peel off even after washing. They are comfortable and functional but I’m going to be looking for an alternative.

They fit securely to underwear with the adhesive strip and are wide enough to cover the entire area.

When I pulled one out I was pleasantly surprised at the size! I usually wear a cup but the first and last day of my menstrual cycle i like to wear a pad to bed. My biggest issue is leakage closer to the butt . Usually the front area is find but alot of the times it travels and leaks from the backside which is super annoying! With that said these pads actually cover all the way to the back!!!! So this doesn't happen! Finally a pad that has full coverage! Great job kotex . Easy application!
