They are very breathable and absorb nicely even though they are thin. I have not had a leakage issue while wearing these pads. I prefer these thin pads compared to the regular pads I normally use.

I usually buy the Always overnight pads and decided to try something new because the material of those are plastic feeling and so it causes a lot of irritation. I was pleasantly surprised with these as all the edges and material are very soft. I’m so glad I tried these because I was able to sleep without it causing any irritation and no mess, it did the job for my heavier day.

I get really heavy flows and I didn’t have any problems with leakage, which I was pretty impressed about (considering how thin they are). They fit and stay where they’re supposed to, and I feel like they were pretty breathable.

Great overall pad/liner for medium flow days.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These thin pads/liners were awesome. They’re perfect for light/medium flow days or even daily use as a liner—although that may get a little pricey. The pads adhered perfectly to underwear and had no ideas staying in place. I wouldn’t suggest these for heavy flow as they’re pretty thin but they have great absorbency and coverage. I loved that they weren’t scented!

Comfortable and Reliable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always use thin pads with wings, and these are a nice upgrade. The “Balance” version has a slightly raised center that actually does make a difference. It actually helps keep the flow contained and prevents it from spreading to the edges. They’re very comfortable and stay in place well, which I appreciate. Overall, not a huge change from the usual ultra thins, but that little raised pad detail is a smart touch that makes them a bit more reliable for a heavy flow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] a 45-year-old woman who’s tried just about every product out there over the years, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the U by Kotex Balance Ultra-Thin Heavy Pads with Wings. At this stage in life, comfort and reliability are non-negotiable, especially during heavier flow days, and these pads delivered. They’re impressively thin for the level of absorbency they offer, which makes them feel less bulky and more discreet under clothes — a big plus. The wings stay in place well throughout the day, and I didn’t experience any bunching or shifting. I also appreciated the breathable design and how it helped reduce any irritation, especially during longer wear. Overall, these strike a great balance (no pun intended) between comfort, protection, and discretion. Definitely a product I’ll keep purchasing!

Not for heavy days and not for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although these say “heavy” I found that they didn’t absorb as well as others I have tried. They felt a bit uncomfortable on, almost like the material was too rough and it seemed as though they didn’t breathe well either. Overall ok, and I’ll use the remaining as a backup pad for lighter days but would not purchase for regular use.

Discreet while also Absorbent
