The wings are a different design that normal, which makes them fit my underwear and not budge. I also love that they come in different sizes—it makes it easy to find the right fit for each day. It's definitely something I’d repurchase.

Even though they’re ultra-thin, they absorb a lot and keep me feeling dry and fresh. The wings hold everything in place, so there’s less shifting and no worrying about side leaks. I really like that they’re unscented and have built-in odor control — it makes me feel more confident throughout the day. They’re comfortable enough to wear with leggings or tighter clothes without showing, which is a huge plus. On my heaviest days, I still change them regularly, but I haven’t had issues with leaks like I have with some other thin pads. Overall, these are reliable, comfortable, and perfect if you want strong protection without bulk.

They're super absorbent and the charcoal core helps keep odor at bay. I didn't have any leakage, and they were very flexible. The adhesive stuck on my clothing better than other brands which have a tendency to peel off and move while I'm wearing them, and has ruined many pairs of underwear because of this, but I didn't have to worry about that with the Kotex! I highly recommend!

They stay in place and absorb everything even on day 1 when your periods the heaviest. You can’t even feel you have a pad on. I have sensitive lady bits and this has not caused my any problems.

The fit was better, but the breathability was not what I expected. Recommend for the light days of the month, not the heavy ones.

U by Kotex is the only pad that I trust that almost never leaks. The absorbency is good and you get the dry feeling throughout the day. It very comfortable and doesn’t give you any rashes. For nights, I have to be more careful with how my place my pads to avoid leaks though.

I really like the texture of the fabric that touches your skin. Some pads use a plastic type material, which I don’t care for. This pad construction is great, and the wings are an added security feature. Would purchase again and I look forward to checking into the other options that are available.

I chose heavy because my periods are unpredictable lately. The pads are incredibly thin but able to withstand my heavy flow or gushes when I have them. I love that each pad is labeled with the level. If you remove them from the box you can always identify which one you are choosing: I also appreciate that the pads are fragrant free and contain no harsh chemicals.

They are comfortable and well as the move with you it had air flow and well as absorbed well, leaving us leek free. I can say these are now a go-to and must-have for us girls in my house.

They’re super comfortable and stay in place really well thanks to the wings — no awkward shifting around while you’re moving. Despite being “ultra thin,” they’re surprisingly absorbent and keep you feeling dry, which is exactly what you want when you’re running errands, chasing kids, or at work. I also like that they don’t feel bulky or make noise when you walk (you know how some pads do!). The soft cover is gentle on the skin, and I haven’t had any irritation. The packaging is slim enough to toss into a purse without being obvious. If you have a light to medium flow, these are perfect for daytime use. For heavier days, you might need to change them a little more often, but that’s normal for any thin pad. Overall, a reliable, comfortable, and discreet option.
