The breading gets nice and crispy in the oven (or even better in the air fryer), and the buffalo seasoning has a good kick without being overwhelmingly spicy. The texture isn’t exactly like chicken, but it’s close enough that you don’t really miss it once you dip them in a little ranch or blue cheese. Nutritionally, they’re a win compared to regular nuggets—less fat, more fiber, and still a solid amount of protein. The only downside for me is the sodium, which is on the higher side, so I wouldn’t make them an everyday snack. Overall, they’re perfect for when you want something quick, flavorful, and meat-free. I usually have these nuggets and another spicy nugget in rotation but was really disappointed that the recipe has changed. It's not spicy and has a strange after taste. Please change it back

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the meatless texture flavor and ingredients in this dish will have you fooled i cooked mine in the air fryer on 400 for 9 minutes flipping it halfway thru and it taste surprisingly just like a normal buffalo chicken patty. it was fresh and crispy but still juicy and so yummy. it was a little greasy but i jsut sat on a paper towel and patted it until the oil vanished.

Easy to prepare in the oven or microwave for a quick meal. Great with Ranch dressing. It also tastes good in a wrap with lettuce and cheese or in croissants with cheese. I think they are excellent in terms of vegetarian options and high and protein. I’m a weightlifter. I even like their corn dogs. I hadn’t branched out to try the nuggets. I don’t consider myself a big nugget person. But these are a treat and super delicious. I think I like cooking them crispy. And then dragging them through Frank’s hot sauce with blue cheese dressing and even the pickle flavored ketchup I got from Heinz. Would recommend. My mouth is pleasantly warm right now.
