Evol Frozen Chipotle Chicken Macaroni and Cheese - 8oz

This was my favorite dish my this brand and it’s a disappointment to see it discontinued

Not amazing but not bad. It has a noticeable breadcrumby texture and chipotle pepper taste. But it’s still got a little bit of cheesiness. Take with that what you will. I liked it but I didn’t LOVE it. It was just okay. I’d give it a 7/10. I’d rank it 3.5 stars if I could.

So yummy with a little kick … it’s been so hard to find lately…. I hope it doesn’t get discontinued because it’s the best out of all of them ..

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the Memphis, TN reviewer - I can't find this product anywhere in my NC area here anymore. When it was available I was buying it regularly as you guys hit a home run with it - spicy and flavorful - too bad it's no longer available.

Super tiny portion and very dry. I really enjoy this brand, their ziti with meat sauce and steak burrito bowl are delicious and in my regular rotation. Since my usuals were out of stock, I decided to give this one a try since I've never had anything bad from this brand and I've tried a lot of their meals. When I opened the box, the plastic was a little broken, and the portion inside was SO TINY I thought that maybe the stuff had fallen out of the bowl. Nope, just a few breadcrumbs at the bottom of the box. I legitimately thought that some sort of manufacturing error happened and they forgot the noodles cause it was so tiny... nope, they were under there. Barely any... and it was super dry. The breadcrumbs were good but it's more breadcrumb than anything else. Also, I cooked the recommended amount of time and the breadcrumbs kind of turned into a weird congealed mess. Barely any sauce, barely any noodles. Decent flavor but overall not worth it, for me at least. I added a little bit of sriracha and sour cream since it was so dry. But overall, would not recommend and would not purchase again.

Smaller portion than most meals, but very hearty and tasty. That’s probably why calories are more than usual for the amount of protein. Heated for 4 minutes and I would agree that this is drier than expected for “chipotle” style food. Purchased on sale and unlikely to repurchase at full price.

This is my husband’s favorite lunch meal! We’ve been getting it every week and suddenly it disappeared! What happened? Is it coming back?

Spicy and loved it! Worked a long shift and was STARVING. This really got me through my night.

Straight up bad. Dont buy it. Super freakin dry. Wayyy too many breadcrumbs. Not creamy at all and can barely taste the sauce. I heated to 5 so maybe only do 4 or 4.5 min. Also the size is literally half a paper plate and majority were breadcrumbs. If you’re gonna pay $5 for this, just get something normal sized for $10-$15 at and actual food place. Not even appetizer sized

I get this weekly. However, it vanished this weekend, so I had to find a substitute meal. Why did this suddenly vanish from all shelves?!

This is one of our favorite frozen meals. I’m not sure why other reviewers say it has no flavor, as it has a nice kick and great chipotle flavor. Once it is cooked, it needs to be stirred. The amount of food over all could be more, but that is how most dinners are. They keep them under 500 calories. I wish I had the recipe, because it really is tasty and our whole family likes these.

The texture is weird. Plus it’s spicy and dry. Dry like a desert. Kinda weird. Kinda good. Idk. But, I won’t spend this money again on it.

Not horrible, but not great. I add extra cheese and hot sauce. The chicken is underwhelming. Not the most filling meal. I'm really bummed that they just discontinued their best frozen meal - the mushroom risotto. I'd much rather have that than this.

I very much enjoy this meal. It is perfect for lunch.

Tasted like stale cardboard, small portion and not appetizing at all. Way too expensive for a frozen lunch that is barely edible.

I wish I had gotten more of this! It was really tasty -- very well-seasoned and just the right amount of all the ingredients. Will definitely buy again! I already loved the regular truffle mac & cheese but will be adding this one to my rotation too.
