Damaged item
The box I was given looked like someone had previously bought it and returned it. The box was in bad condition. The top edges were bent inwards and had an old sticker in it that looked like they tried to removed but were unsuccessful. This isn’t the first time I receive damaged or missing items. Would not recommend the service.

Crumble and fall apart easily
This is the second box I’ve bought in the past few months where the crackers start to crumble and fall apart even just taking them out of the sleeve! Forget trying to spread/dip them in peanut butter or jelly. These have been a staple since my childhood but will not buy again. I’ll switch to Premium saltines, maybe those haven’t changed. Picture is what was left in the sleeve after I Very Carefully took out the last 3 crackers.

Ritz ruined their cracker
I don't know what they did to the recipe but they fall apart just coming out of the package. Also they're salty much was not expected. They used to have a buttery taste but now they just taste cheap.
