What a waste! This was a gummy mess.
This gelato is absolutely VILE. Upon opening the container, you can tell how gummy the texture is because of how the entire block of gelato separates from the walls in one gelatinous piece. The flavor is OK but I’m astounded with how bouncy this gelato is and, upon examining the ingredients list, that makes sense. There are so many gums added that contribute to this bizarre texture. It won’t even melt. I only settled on this because 1) my chosen brand was unavailable and 2) I normally trust Talenti (not anymore). Do not recommend.

Favorite frozen treat
My favorite ice cream. I stock up on these whenever they’re on sale. Refreshing, creamy, and perfect touch of chocolate to tie it all together. Mint doesn’t taste artificial. Easy packaging to save for later (I rarely ever have some to save, it’s that good).

Gelato is absolutely superior but being mint flavored takes it over the top. This flavor of Talenti has been one of my go to flavors. It has the perfect balance of mint and chocolate and has a sweet cool feel. The consistency and texture is a bit thicker than traditional ice cream, which is what I actually prefer. The aftertaste is a slight mint but nothing unpleasant. I would highly recommended this product to any mint chocolate lover!

Recipe changed and its terrible now
I bought this today and the main ingredients are milk, sugar, cream and coconut oil. It has the texture of cool-whip, not at all like real ice cream. I used to love Talenti, but I won't buy it again with this change!

I love mint ice cream so much I crave it all the time. so when I tried this one the flavors were just so good I tasted the fresh mint and then I like how the chocolate chips were a bigger and it wasn't so many cuz I hate when the chocolate takes over the mint. If I could and there was just a mint ice cream without chocolate chips I'd be even happier. As you can see I won't post a picture unless you want to see a empty jar because I ate it all it was that good and then I even tried to eat my sister's jar the next day but she did share so that was good.

First time buying in several years. It's not nasty, but it's not good and it's too expensive to not be good. The texture isn't creamy like gelato should be. It reminds me more of frozen pudding. I assume it's all the stabilizers, but it's definitely not a texture that makes me think cream and egg yolk. It's artificially rich. Very disappointing. I won't be buying again.

Totally Worth the Money
The Mediterranean Mint is my favorite! If I have had a bad day, I can actually eat a whole container of it. Usually, I only eat a portion of it in one sitting. I find the mint is very calming and refreshing, and satisfies my hankering for chocolate. I've also recommended the Mediterranean Mint to other people who are now in love with it.

New Recipe is Terrible
Do you like your gelato bouncy? Would you like it to have a nice chew? If so, you'll love the new recipe. It's rubbery and far too sweet. If you want gelato that behaves like food and isn't overly sweet, look elsewhere. This gelato has gone from 5 stars to 0 for me.
