Great for Pizza

Found this cheese after seeing some posts online. It is one of the only low moisture whole milk Mozzerellas available in non-shredded form which is key for making a good pizza with proper cheese melt. The flavor is great, it melts great. Perfect cheese for pizzas. I JUST HOPE TARGET IS NOT GOING TO STOP SELLING IT!!!

Beat fresh mozzarella

This has got to be the best fresh mozzarella I’ve ever tasted. Shreds so nicely and it has the best melt. Pull apart cheese which to me is the best type of mozzarella. Tried other brands and this seems to be the go to for even restaurants local to my area.
