Q: I've bought and ate many of these but for the first time, the one I ate had 2 pieces of celery in it. is there supposed to be celery now? or was it a mistake?

  • A: Hi Teadoro. Thanks for your interest in our Butternut Squash & Sage Ravioli. Here are the Cooking Instructions for your reference: Our preferred methods for ultimate deliciousness. Microwave Oven: Do not use if film seal is broken. Cook only one at a time. 1) Microwave on HIGH 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes. No need to vent film. 2) Let stand 2 minutes in microwave. HANDLE CAREFULLY; IT'S HOT! 3) Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Conventional Oven Do not prepare in toaster oven. Preheat oven to 350°F. Do not vent film. Cook on baking sheet in center of oven 40 to 45 minutes. CAREFUL IT'S HOT! Let stand 2 minutes. We hope this info is helpful. Enjoy!

    Tough/bland

    I had this for dinner tonight and could not finish one ravioli. The ravioli (pasta) pie e was tough and hard to cut. When I did break through, the butternut squash was slight and void of flavor. So disappointing. I've had better ravioli from Lean Cuisine.....waste of 6 dollars

    Hard uncooked pasta

    Hello. I have purchased this before & liked it, however the most recent purchase was disappointing. Half of the ravioli were uncooked ( hard) & had to be thrown out. what a waste!

    Oh so good!

    One of my all time favorite frozen meals. I really just wish they were bigger and/or cheaper. That being said, when Target has them on sale they're definitely worth it. I love the butternut squash filling, it's just the right amount of sweet. It pairs so well with the buttery sauce. I know a lot of people dislike how thin and watery the sauce is, but I truly don't mind it. I find that thicker sauces can upset my stomach, so I have no issue with the style. I feel that the taste and many flavors going on are enough to make you love this! I enjoy the treat of taking these with me to work. Totally recommend!

    my fave Evol meal, but...

    I absolutely love these when you get a package that has a hefty dose of sauce. Unfortunately, the pasta is extremely al dente, and is just too tough to chew comfortably. I generally try adding extra water to it and cooking it longer but even that doesn't really help. I'm hoping someday to start seeing reviews showing they started cooking the pasta to tender and that they are adding more sauce so I can buy this again

    I bought the butternut squash ravioli and another Evol ravioli dish as well. Personally I was disappointed in the pasta itself because it was so stiff and chewy that I could not eat it. I would have put it in a pan and try to heat it up more to soften up the pasta but there really was not enough liquid to do that. The sauce seemed tasty but not sufficient. So I tried the second ravioli dish and had the same result with the pasta. I just could not chew the pasta in that one either. The sauce tasted nice and perhaps if there was more sauce the pasta would have cooked better.

    Like Rubber

    I just purchased Butternut Squash Ravioli tonight, unfortunately this has got to be one of the worst frozen dinners! I manage to get two down & I ended up throwing the rest in the trash.
