Make a bolder burger with ease when you start with Good & Gather™ Steakhouse Seasoned Beef Patties. These formed and seasoned burger patties make it easy to get started with the grilling sooner. This 48-ounce package contains 12- 1/4 lb burger patties, so you can feed the whole family or host a backyard barbecue. And if the season isn't right or you're short on patio space, they're just as delicious pan fried on your stove. With all the time you save seasoning and shaping, you can focus on creating delicious topping combinations like bacon, avocado and pepper jack cheese.
Directions
Keep frozen until ready to prepare. For best results, cook patties from frozen.
Stovetop
1. Heat 1 tsp. oil in nonstick skillet on MEDIUM. Add patties.
2. Cook 11 to 13 minutes until fully cooked, turning as needed for even browning and reducing heat as necessary.
Broil
1. Heat broiler. Arrange patties on pan. Adjust oven rack so tops of patties are 4 to 6 inches from heat.
2. Broil 7 minutes; turn over. Broil 8 to 9 minutes longer until fully cooked.
Grilling Tip: Use broiling times to estimate grilling times.
For food safety, cook to 160°F throughout. Oven temperatures and product thickness may vary; adjust cooking times accordingly. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.

this 1 star is because these are so drippy with fat on the grill that our entire propane gas grill went up in flames! so no more fatty burgers for us. it's the only brand and type that does this. if you get these, be careful when cooking and I would say don't grill them on your grill. it's a hazard.

They have a freezer burnt appearance, but it doesn't seem like they actually are. The texture is what you'd expect from a really really cheap grade of beef and didn't have the texture of something that was freezer burnt. The seasoning they selected is not good. While it's not overly strong it clashes with a lot of things you might put on a burger (like mustard and pickles) and combines to create a truly awful taste when you get a bit of all of it.

I did a drive a pick up to get this order in there are freezer crystals all over it so I sure don’t feel comfortable eating it. I called and the customer service rep wasn’t very helpful words the wise don’t buy the meat.
