Favorite empanada dough
These are perfect - skip the ones with the other color labels (red frying or the other color baking/frying). The blue label “baking” ones bake beautifully in the over or air fryer. I typically make a big back of filling, stuff a bunch of packages and freeze. Bake fully frozen for 12-15 mins depending on temp and color preference and they’re done. No water or egg needed to seal either just ready out of the pack.

Great Taste, Easy Prep
I love using these GOYA Tapas para Empanadas! Baking my empanadas is a healthy option to frying and these are made just for baking. They are flaky and delicious. I always get rave reviews when using them. My only complaint is that they are not on display in the freezer showcase but have to be ordered ahead of time that day [2 hour window] and subsequently picked up at Target PickUp at Customer Service.

Flaky and crispy
Argentinian style which is wonderful. Perfect for baking instead of deep frying. I fill mine and pop them in the oven at 350 Farenheit for 15 minutes. They are delicate and easy to seal when folded on itself without egg or water, as long as it's not dried out. Will use these from now on to make my empanadas!
