Amy's Gluten Free Frozen Three Cheese Kale Bowl - 8.5oz

This meal is so yummy and comforting.

Ive been buying this frozen meal for years. I dont need to eat gluten free, but the gluten free pasta Amy's uses in this is excellent- great texture and it doesn't fall apart. The cheese has a slightly sharp flavor, and the healthy kale content makes you feel better about indulging in what is essentially grown up macaroni and cheese lol. Also makes a great side!

I tried this based off of the reviews, and I was not the least bit disappointed. I always keep one (or to two…or three) in my freezer. This is hands-down my favorite gluten-free frozen meal. It’s an elevated version of the classic comfort food mac & cheese. It’s extremely flavorful and the pasta is great—I doubt you could tell it was gluten-free. It’s perfectly cheesy and I really enjoy the “breadcrumb” topping and the crunchy bits that develop along the edges. It cooks up perfectly in the microwave, which is super quick and easy. If I were to change anything, I might add more kale, both because I really like kale and because it adds some interest and variation to the texture of the meal. If you’re unsure or on the fence, I would definitely recommend trying this meal. I doubt you will be disappointed! I would consider this a hidden gem and 100% a winner. I would probably be embarrassed by the number of these I have purchased over the last several months, but I don’t even care. They’re delicious, unbelievably easy, and so convenient because I can keep them in the freezer until I need them.

Tasted fine, just not for me, gave me horrible reflux and made me extremely nauseous

I eat Amy’s often but just tried this one and OMg it’s is the best one I’ve had! New fave, I added a little tuna for more protein.

It wasn’t terrible, but it could definitely use a little more sauce. It’s kind of bland so there really isn’t much flavor.

Great GF pasta with a healthy twist of kale but does have 12g saturated fat for those monitoring fat intake for health / heart reasons. Good winter comfort food but expensive so only try to get on sale. Also noticed under ‘at a glance’ it lists made with organic cotton so I might be eating socks so hopefully they remove that:)

$6.49 for some frozen small portion pasta? Amy has always been a little more expensive and that was fine with me but $6.50 is insane for some pre-frozen meals. Might as well go to chipotle. More food and lasts longer. It’s such a good bowl, but it’s so hard to keep buying it. I’m probably gonna stop this year.

I love this frozen meal and I am not GF! I could probably eat this everyday but not for the price. Nevertheless, I highly recommend

This has become one of my favorite Amy’s meals. Great taste and very filling along with good, healthy ingredients. If you like macaroni and cheese, give this a try.

It’s gluten free yet the texture is so good. I love that I’m eating kale but without the time consuming work of prepping it so it tastes good. It’s a fast way to get a decent vegetarian meal. If I feel like I want extra protein I add some friend chicken strips on top. This bowl has become one of my fave quick meals on busy days

This is my favorite Amy's microwave meal. It is so tasty and filling! A very nice treat when you are out of time and need something relatively healthy quickly.
