No support in the middle

unfortunately there is no support in the middle. for a $300 purchase I was hoping it will last more than two weeks. (one friend sat on this, she is about 160 pounds). I can't find a replacement or contact information anywhere. would love a replacement piece for the front bar. would love to change my review as I like the padded seat and it's sturdy in other areas.
