    Large Italian Dry Salami 28 ounce

    My Family and I love this Product we buy 2 per week on average as we host pool parties in summer and Fireplace Parties in winter. We serve homemade Sourdough bread, Imported Hard Cheese Rounds wrapped in wax. Olives and fresh fruit and avocados… it's a winning combination for winter or summer

    I used to buy 3 or 4 of these every two weeks

    I returned the last purchase I bought because the Fat content was So High it almost made me gag.., It was thoroughly repulsive. They changed the formula on the small 8 ounce Italian dry salami to the point of it being inedible !

    Good quality but priced high

    Our go to salami when prepping a charcuterie board but disappointing to see the cost go up so much over the years. I have a hard time purchasing it now for the price but still splurge every once in a while. A thicker salami depending how you cut it but overall good quality and tasty. We’ve been buying this for years - pairs well with other cheeses, bread, and of course wine!

    Very tasty, but gristle is some pieces

    I like this salami with its peppercorns. But biting into a slice of the salami and finding a sizeable piece of gristle tells me that the company is too aggressive at cutting corners by putting considerable gristle in its product.

    Product is great, ziplock package is horrible

    The new ziplock package does not open. It is totally sealed and just rips so the ziplock is useless. Please fix asap. The previous package was better

    Ive been buying the peppered salami now for a month and it's the best meat I've ever had. I spent 3 years in Europe tasting their salami and they don't beat Columbus Salami. Very Very tasty.

    Brings back good memories

    Columbus salami is the best salami available. Growing up in Marin County we would allways get some good sour dough bread sharp cheddar and Columbus dry salami I moved to oklahoma and missed this so much. The other day I saw Columbus in the local deli. Now I can share the amazing product with my kids and grandkids. We went through 5 pounds in 1 day feeding everyone.

    By Far The Best

    For a great afternoon pick me up, we add some extra sharp aged white cheddar & Jarlsburg cheese, Artesean Puglese bread toasted with a bit of butter & Boysenberry Jam or Peach Preserves “if you can find it” for a treat right out of a Tuscan Deli. Top it off with a California Robert Mondavi Cabernet for an inexpensive platter the whole family will dive into. Of course Welches Grape Juice for the little ones. And you can get creative by adding local Nor-Cal grown favorites. Pistachios, Olives, sliced avocados, Cara Cara Orange wedges, Bartlet Pears, Jumbo Strawberries and Blackberries, or sliced White Nectarines.

    My Go-To Salami

    As a child, this was the salami my family would eat. As an adult, I still go for the Columbus Italian Dry when I want salami. Eating it on a crusty roll with aged cheddar as I type. Delicious.
