Most gluten Free crackers that I've tried taste like cardboard. These had a pleasant crunch and after just one cracker, I couldn't seem to put them down. My only complaint is that I wish that there were more crackers ber box.

It will taste somewhat like a thick tortilla chip but with the texture of a cracker. Good salt to the flavor. Not too strong nor too weak. Seems to be able to work well with many different types of dips. It will definitely have me wanting to try more from that company.
