Although they are small in size, this version, the super plus is meant to absorb heavy flow menstrual blood and for me have proven to be leak proof. The applicator is easy to use and the directions on the box are straightforward if you need any help.

I was impressed with how they expand.. I love the volume of liquid it can absorb for it to be so little, i barely dealt with any leakage unless left in too long or not placed in with care. I didn't use the click feature mentioned on the box since i opt to insert by finger, no matter the brand. I would recommend these.
