It's 98% corn and flour.
It smells and tastes like a mix between stale corn and stale cardboard. I think I saw something that resembled a carrot or a tomato, but maybe it was just a darker piece of corn. The sauce is cheesy with unnecessary/unfitting spices. Again, it’s mostly really just corn+(corn)flour. The only green vegetable I saw was on the cover.

Absolutely love these enchiladas ! They are gluten free and so good! I grab these for an easy dinner. I make a side of Amy's refried organic beans w cheese and grab some tortilla chips. I really wish that they carried the family size mea in these at my Target. You get 6 enchiladas in the family meal! Please consider carrying the family meal Target??
