Not as Expected
Been taking products for weeks now and does not produce much of a bowel movement, gotta try something else, maybe Mineral oil.. What a shame this didn't do anything for me 😭

However, I didn't really feel much of a difference. If it did, anything was actually the contrary to what it promises. I'm not really satisfied with the results, but I'm not really sure I'd there is any effectiveness behind the ingredients used

No painful side effects compared to other laxatives, and it doesn't make give you diarrhea. It softens the stool to making going #2 easier. When I first started taking it, it took about two days to notice the change. I've been taking it for three weeks, and I've been having more bowel movements, helping to ease bloating and diminish constipation. Easy to swallow capsules and no aftertaste.
