Rubbery stressed chicken
The smell of the raw chicken was somewhat stronger than previous packages I’ve purchased from Target. This color is a few of the smaller breasts we’re not pink more oxidized. When cooking the texture was already tough. After letting the cooked chicken rest from the oven I sliced into 3 different breasts and they all had VERY tough texture that didn’t tenderize during the bake. The chicken also didn’t absorb much flavor from my seasoning which made it even more bland and rubbery.

Horrible quality
