I love the taste. It has all natural flavors with other natural ingredients. It gives 20g of whole grain per serving. It’s a really good source of fiber, vitamin B and iron. My family loves it. I didn’t enjoy these as much as I hoped. I was so excited from all the reviews but it was too cinnamon-y in my opinion. I much prefer the blueberry one and will stick with that from now on.
