    Soggy cones and disappointment

    Drumsticks were a favorite childhood treat of mine, so you can imagine the disappointment of opening a fresh chocolate fudge drumstick only to find the once crunchy delicious cone to be soggy and leathery. fresh box was brought straight home from the grocery store and put right in the freezer.

    Disappointed

    Just bought these and the cones on them are all soft and taste like paper. I have had these before and they were good and crispy cones but these are not good at all. Very disappointed . Not sure if a bad batch or what.

    Triple choc drumsticks

    We love nestle drumsticks and buy them regularly. We have one issue, the past three variety boxes we purchased all had broken cones. All of The bottom tips filled with chocolate were broken within the unsealed plastic wrapper.

    Soft, mushy cones

    I bought these last Saturday, July 12. The expiration date is Oct. 2025. The cones are so soft I can peel them open. I could put my finger through them just like you could through a piece of light bread.

    Not as advertised :(

    The 3 flavors that were advertised on the box did not match the contents. We opened cones that were wrapped in both the chocolate with fudge and white chocolate with fudge wrappers, only to find that they contained the chocolate only flavor. This was a huge disappointment as we were expecting more variety. I will say that the chocolate Drumsticks tasted great, but we bought the box expecting to try various flavors, not just one.

    Not as good as usual

    The ice creams were broken at the top and the cones were soft and squishy. This is not normally what the drumsticks are like. I hope the quality has not declined.

    Stop being stingy on the fudge and chocolate

    I buy the drumsticks "we love chocolate" box of 8 count 4 times a week, I eat 2 drumsticks every night for dessert, and the chocolate with fudge is always shorted in the box, as well as the fudge itself in the ice cream, stop being stingy on the fudge and the chocolate with fudge cones, it's getting to the point where the boxes have 5 white chocolate(gross by the way, i don't ever eat them) and 1 chocolate with fudge and 2 chocolate, and lots of times there's no hard chocolate on the bottom of the cone. Come one guys!! I pay a fortune for these to enjoy and keep getting shafted, please do better as a corporation who services the consumer
