This bean bag sheds horribly! The bean bag itself is fine, it's the cover it makes a mess everywhere! I have tried everything to stop some of the shedding but nothing has worked.

I've washed the cover twice now, and it still sheds all over the place. I have fluff flying around the house, it's stuck to all of my clothes, in my eye, in my mouth, literally all over. It's super cute but not worth the trouble.

I bought this bean bag chair due to my university closing down because of the virus, so I thought it would be good to upgrade the office space in my house to make it feel as close to a study hall as possible. Although it is aesthetically pleasing, it's honestly not worth the money. You know that feeling when you walk into a cobweb and can't seem to take it off your face? Yeah, that's what the fur on this bean bag feels like. I did not expect it to shed so much. The fur gets all over my clothes, and skin. Also, I'm not sure if it's from Florida's humidity, but when I took the actual mesh bag with the foam OUT of the plastic wrapping, there was a lot of moisture on the mesh bag. The moisture made the foam smell strange too. I'm hoping it goes away. The assembly isn't terrible, but I'm confused as to why the zippers weren't made with the pull tab? The instructions that came with the bean bag said I'd have to take a paper clip, and thread it through the slider so I could actually open the furry outside cover of the bean bag in order to place the foam filled mesh bag inside. With as much money as this cost, I'd expect the zipper to have all its parts. I'm trying to think of a reason why adding the pull tab of the zipper wasn't possible, but I can't find a good reason. I honestly wanted to return it as soon as I saw the moisture collecting on the bag before I even assembled it, but I'll just deal with it. Trying to stuff the mesh bag inside the furry cover was difficult. I think it's because the mesh bag with foam started to expand when I took it out of the box it was delivered in, so stuffing it into another cover was hard. This bean bag weighs a lot! And trying to take it to the store during this time is not worth it. It is comfortable though, but I don't think it's as firm as the pictures show. When I lay down, it deflates like a regular bean bag with foam beads. I even put my 9 lb dog on it, and it still deflated. There's no way it's as firm as advertised in the pictures above. The bean bag chair is pretty and it is comfy, but those are the only positive things I can say.
