Product arrived damaged - Target Experience
The color is very different from pictures and the brain new item I though I was purchasing (and paying for) was definitely not new as one of the legs came scratched (see pictures). The worst part of this purchase was the costume experience. This item is big and it's such a pain to return, specially living in NYC. I expected at least that the product was going to be new and without scratches. There is no option at the order to complain and request at list partial refund (as I was charged for something new and clearly got an open box/damaged piece - that was probably on sale in the store). I will think twice before buying something like this size from Target again, which return will not be easy. So be aware, if you don't get what you paid for; you will need to spend extra money/time to be able to return. Except the costumer experience, the product itself was ok.

Don't trust the color on the Target website.
The fabric was fine, but overall, I was disappointed because the color was not the same as advertised and shown in the photos on the Target website. It is not GRAY (as the photo suggests), it is SAGE, i.e. greenish. It does not match the colors of my bedroom, so the headboard is going back. FedEx totally ruined the last days of 2018 for me. It changed the delivery date several times and marked the change as "requested" on their tracking site. By whom was it requested, I wonder?

Great Value. Great Color.
Very happy with the smoke color and the quality is just fine. Especially for the price. I wish the headboard was a few inches taller, but overall, I'm very pleased.
