Small, uneven and hard cushions. Not worth price.

Loved it. Perfect for our little home! The color was also really nice! Easy to assemble. I’m a petite female and was able to build it myself.

For what we paid for this couch it was great, the shipping didn’t arrive on time and parts were separate. Customer service did give us some money back. My husband put it together in a hour. Good for small spaces.

Though the boxes are quite large, none of the individual pieces are terribly cumbersome. I was able to leave the boxes on the porch and bring the pieces in one by one to put together by myself. The assembly was pretty quick and easy; it didn't take me long at all. It is, as others have said, quite firm, but makes for good sitting and will likely relax in time. I'm not sure of the longevity of the couch - it seems solid structurally, but the wood may not do well in our super humid summers. I bought this on sale and, overall, I feel like it is worth the sale price and am pleased with the purchase. It fit our tiny living room and lounges both my husband and I comfortably.

I wanted to love this but instead I just like this. First of all yes it comes in 3 boxes and I received each one on separate days, I only received one tracking number and it was almost a week from time of first box to the third. Yes the cushions are a little hard but mine have gotten a little more comfortable not how I’d hoped. It is small but perfect for a small apartment. I am a 33 yo female and put it together myself. It is exactly what I was looking for..a white couch with a chaise without spending too much. Every other white couch with a chaise was too expensive and I wasn’t sure if I could keep it clean with my dog and surprisingly it doesn’t get dirty from my dog.

Exactly what I wanted / size works wonderfully. I was able to put it together by myself - 12 screws plus 9 feet to screw in. Took me about 1 hr. to unbox and assemble and I am a 68 yr. woman.

Perfect couch for apartment living. We needed this for our apartment before we move into our house, it came in 3 boxes and was easy to set up without tools. The color is perfect and easy to clean. Super comfy and aesthetically pleasing.

So I bought this without looking at the reviews. Mistake. It looks pretty. That’s it. Material is rough and the couch is very uncomfortable. I am returning it and they are refunding me my money. They did offer 25% off to keep but even at that price it wasn’t worth. 75% off I may have considered it. Do not buy

We bought this couch for our small apartment, and it’s still very small. I wasn’t too concerned about the size, but when we sat on the couch we knew we had to return it. It is very hard and uncomfortable and looks crooked or uneven. Very sad because we were excited about having a new coach but this one is a loss for us.

looks nice but couldn't set up two sections properly since they were broken where the screws went in. Bummed out I took a loss on this one.

Great for what we needed - fit down a staircase with a 90 degree turn at the bottom. Comfy and stylish. I'd say only 2 people can comfortably fit, but you could squeeze 3 if you had to. Comes in 3 boxes, so it was easy to carry in the house. Assembly was also easy & straightforward.

Very good quality, easy to assemble (my husband and son had this together in 45 minutes) and it looks great in our upstairs tv room.

Fast delivery, easy to put together, good value for the price. The couch is a little firm, but I find it really comfortable, especially after having only folding camp chairs to sit in for the last two weeks. I got it in navy, and the color and fabric are nice. My kids like it, my fiancé likes it, and overall we’re really pleased with our purchase. My only word of advice is you might want to get an extra set of slightly larger washers, as some of the pre-drilled holes for the bolts are not much smaller than the included washers.

Shipping was earlier than expected, but not too early, honestly it was right on time. Couch came in 3 boxes and was waiting at my door. It was very easy to assemble. My 18 yr old sister did it for me in 30-45mins. The couch looked exactly as pictured. I feel that I got a good deal because there was a promotion going on so I saved money. It seems sturdy, it’s really too early to judge the quality. The material is easy to clean! I have a toddler so I’m expecting to have to wipe it often. It’s just the perfect size for my 1bed apartment!

Took me all of 30 minutes to assemble. Comes in three boxes. The hardest part is finding where the hardware is hidden within the pieces. Hardware consists of 12 bolts and 9 legs. Couch looks great and I feel worth every bit of the price. Very similar to other alternatives but more value here.

I love this couch! Love the material and it’s very thick with the right amount of firmness. Agree with previous reviews that this is a darker navy than the picture shows, but that’s not what I knocked a star off for. My only complaint is when you sit on the chaise cushion, the end comes up off the ottoman part a bit. Nothing I can’t fix with two pieces of velcro. Shipped in 3 boxes. Took 45 minutes to put together.
