Wheres the fizz??

I’ve tried orange and ultra paradise and it lists carbonated water. There is little to no fizz. I thought it was expired but it’s the second flavor I tried and it’s flat. I particularly like the fizz. 2 stars because I actually like the ultra paradise flavor. The orange is typical orange soda flavor but flat. The non flavored ones are carbonated just fine.
