Yes, the cookies are crisp and crunchy. The cream inside is delightful. These are by far my favorite cookies for this time of year. The flavor is pumpkiny and light. Not too sweet. Super super yummy. Going back to buy a few more boxes now.

I thought these were really good. Nice crunch to the cookie and the pumpkin flavor was good. The creamcheese frosting was also really good. Not overly sweet. Great with coffee as a treat in the morning!

My store was out of Nabisco Gingersnaps. I forgot I bought these last year and how terrible they are. I expected a spicy gingersnap or pumpkin pie-type flavor, but they are very bland. A mild taste like maple syrup, which I do not care for. The cream filling is “just sweet”. Does not taste anything like cream cheese.

Why? Bioengineered ingredients is the worst! Target brands need to do better. It is a sweet treat, and you can expect high sugar and fat but why use altered ingredients? They don't taste bad but I wouldn't say pumpkin cheesecake more like a ginger snap with maple frosting. But I won't be eating any more with the horrible ingredients.
