I don't love giving my kids highly processed, salty food, but they love stuff like ham and bacon. So the only way we can meet in the middle is if I buy products like these, which taste good, but also have lower salt content than normal ham. It's a win-win for all of us.

It at least has a sliced ham texture, instead of some lunch meats that have a processed extruded meat texture. I really dislike the flavor. Too smokey, too salty (even though it's reduced). I think I used 3 slices on a sandwich, and I need water badly now. Not for me, but not terrible if you normally like sliced deli ham.

I'm truly impressed with the Good & Gather brand. I have tried several of the products in this line and find nothing lacking. Just as good, if not better than the name brand of the same product. Ex: the blue corn chips. (as compared to Eatin). Their guacamole is REALLY good. So, when I saw these in the lunch meat section I figured chance were high that it would be as good as Oscar Myer. Not disappointed. It was a little different, but not bad.
