A: Given the low ammonia content and low alcohol content, it might not be the best disinfectant. Traditional Windex might be better in that regard. Although, something is better than nothing.

Q: Hi, can you tell me the pH level of this product. I am trying to find a product suitable for cleaning quartz which needs to be fairly pH neutral (no strong alkaline or acid). I'm also interested to know the pH for your multi-surface cleaners. Thank you!

Leaves horrible streaks on plain glass mirror, and a weird film that is hard to wipe off. I don't believe any of the positive reviews that this cleans streak free!! Worst glass cleaner I've ever used - plain water or vinegar work better.

I bought the crystal refill packet for this glass cleaner and it is extremely streaky. I couldn’t even get rid of the streaks with microfiber towels. I had to use a standard glass cleaner multiple times to get rid of all the streaks.
