A: Hi Megan 453, This hooded towel measures 50 inches wide by 24 inches tall. The 24 inches is measured from the bottom of the hood to the bottom of the towel. The recommended age is for children ages 3 and above. Thanks!

Multiple plastic fasteners makes multiple holes
So many plastic fasteners throughout the towel. Should have counted, but at least ten. The main thing is the material is so thin that once removed there were little pin holes throughout the whole towel. Would return but would make my little one sad. Definitely do not buy.

Low quality towel
As a couple of other reviewers have mentioned, it is a very thin towel. The worst though is the at least 15 tiny plastic ties that need to be individually cut. As you clip them and attempt to pull them out, they unravel the towel. The towel now has holes and unraveled threading from the plastic ties. My toddler loves it though, but not worth the price.

Cheapest towel I've ever purchased! I clipped about 30 plastic ties that were holding it together most of which got caught in the towel and unraveled a bunch of the towel! Would NOT recommend. Sad thing is can't return it and my 4 year old is not going to wait for a new one!

Tiny!
Very cute but it’s waaaay to small for any child over 2. My daughter just turned 3 and she is small and it doesn’t cover her butt. We did not keep because it was just unusable for her.

Basic Beach Towel - Too Many Plastic Tags To Cut
Bought this for a bath towel for my toddler. While it can serve that purpose, this is more of a thin beach towel. But the worst part about this towel are all the plastic tags maniacally placed all over the towel. It took forever to cut them all out. Some of them even left holes in the towel. I would not recommend this purchase.

Horrendous packaging detracts from basic towel
Whoever designed the packaging on this was a sadist. There are no fewer than 10 (almost certainly more) little plastic ties that need to be individually located and cut as you attempt to unfurl the towel. The towel is cute and, you know, a towel, but I have never been this frustrated by packaging.
