Bluey Kids' Hooded Towel

When I took the 20 plastic tags off of the towel, there were holes everywhere. Each of the little tags was put in so tightly because the towel was wrapped so tight, and they caused holes all over the towel. Its not worth returning because my son is already too excited to own it - but I expect it to fall apart very quickly. I gave it 2 stars because it is really cute, and it makes my son happy.

I like that this towel was 100% cotton but the quality is terrible, it is not soft and it is thin. I used it to wipe my daughter after swimming and all this lint was stuck to her body. It is also short, it doesn’t cover her legs.

My daughter loves this Bluey hooded towel. It’s got a good amount of thickness and has room for her to grow into it.

I bought these through a BOGO offer (Buy One get One Free) online. Yet I was CHARGED 100% for each item! When I found the error I went into the local Target store (where I was making the pickup). I was told that since it was purchased online, I had to call online customer support. I called and spoke with several very pleasant foreign agents who didn’t seem to understand the issue involved. Me: “These items were advertised Buy One Get One Free.” Them: “I’m so sorry sir, but this offer expired yesterday.” Me: “It was bought and paid for online yesterday during the sale.” Them: “I’m so sorry sir, but this offer is no longer valid.” Me: “I understand that the BOGO offer has expired today. But I bought and paid for these items online YESTERDAY during the sale.” Them: “I’m so sorry sir, but this offer is no longer valid. How does a 20% refund sound?” Me: “Like Target intends to rip me off for 30%!” Them: “No sir, we will refund you 20%. How does that sound to you?” Me: “Like Target intends to steal 30% from me!” Them: “Sir, why do you say that? We would be giving you a refund of 20%.” Me: “Because you giving me a refund of 20% of the 50% owed, is a deficit of 30%!” So after approximately an hour of arguing, holds and asking for supervisor repeatedly, I got a nice foreign gentleman, who still didn’t understand that I had ordered a total of 6 items that were advertised as BOGO, meaning 3 items matching items were supposed to be free. He stated: “These items sale has expired after yesterday…” Me: “When I bought AND PAID FOR THEM, the six items, yesterday.” Him: “I will refund the money back into your account.” Me: “Thank You. You do understand that I’m needing a refund on a total of three items: Bluey Children’s towel, Spider-Man Children’s towels and the regular towels?” Him: “Yes! Yes! Yes! I understand and the refund will appear in your account shortly. Thank You for buying from Target.” I only received one refund, instead of the three owed. But to be fair, friends and relatives warned me that Target online would rip me off and there’s nothing I could do about it. They were obviously correct.

I ordered this online so I wasn’t sure of the quality. Turned out very thin and of very poor quality. Also as another reviewer mentioned it had multiple holes all over the towel from the tags, which is also the case here. Terrible way to package this towel.

When we cut out all of the plastic tags holding the towel together, there were tons of holes from the pieces. It is a cute towel and my daughter loves bluey, but for the price I was disappointed to have a ton of tiny holes in a brand new towel.

This towel is one of my daughter's favorites. She loves Bluey and has both a Bluey and Bingo hooded towel. She is 3 and above average height but there is still plenty of room so she should be able to use this towel for a long time.

It’s not very absorbent and is kinda rough to the touch. Smaller than I would prefer to.
